Privacy Policy
Introduction
At Ai Cerebric, we take the privacy of our clients and site visitors seriously. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you interact with our studio and website. As a Dutch studio, we strictly adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
We collect very little data. If you email us, we retain your email address and any information provided in the body of your message to facilitate our communication. Our website does not use invasive tracking pixels or third-party marketing cookies. We use basic server logs to ensure the security and performance of the site, which may include anonymized IP addresses.
How we use it
Your information is used solely for the purpose of conducting business with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any third parties. If you become a client, additional data collection related to our project work will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You can also object to our processing of your data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
Data Retention
We retain contact information for as long as is necessary to provide our services or as required by Dutch law. If you have contacted us about a potential project that did not move forward, we typically purge that data after 24 months unless otherwise requested.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The effective date at the top of the page will always show the most recent revision.
