What to expect

When you reach out to Ai Cerebric, you won't be met with a sales team. Your inquiry will be reviewed directly by Lydia or Marcus. We take a highly consultative approach from the very first email. If we believe we are a good fit for your project, we will schedule a 60-minute technical discovery call to dive into your product's current architecture and future goals.

Following the discovery call, we typically provide a detailed proposal within 5 business days. This isn't a generic pitch; it's a preliminary analysis of your product's cognitive challenges and a roadmap for how we would solve them. Yes, provided there is a clear technical vision and a dedicated engineering lead. We thrive in the 'zero-to-one' phase where the core logic is being established.

What is your typical engagement length?

Most projects last between 3 and 6 months. This allows us to move from deep synthesis through to functional prototyping and hand-off.

Can you work as an extension of our internal team?

Absolutely. In fact, we prefer it. Our best work happens when we are embedded in your Slack, joining your stand-ups, and collaborating directly with your developers.
